SUMMARIZED INFO. ON INCIDENT OF CLASS-A CONTAMINATION: DEV. NULLIFIER SYSTEM
On january 14, 2014, senior researcher Riley Paterno issued a routine task of tracking super-clusters USCI-1664, 1665, and 1666 for documentation and research.
During these tasks, starskipper expedition teams were trialed with a new developing technology that could mitigate the universe-assimilation phenomenon [1] that were prevelant in previous expeditions. This type of technology was named "Development Nullifier Systems". Under the command of Lorence Morain, starskipper H52 landed on Earth in primary universe 1665-331.
The Starskipper, under previously encoded relative coordinates, landed on an area near of Scranton, Pennsylvania. With a team of five, the expedition task was simple. Observe constants of that specific universe, collect samples of different organics, and test the new technology (hereafter referred to as device) for expected observed levels of real-delta when in use.
At the completion of task one and two, with task three underway, the technical engineer Belle came into far-contact [3] with a local human group of four whilst measuring real-delta at the test site. Knowing that contact will cement her to this specific universe, she decided to abandon her site and report to the team to assist in recovering the site device.
Four minutes after first contact, the team encounters them at the test site, all four dead due to the foreign information effect [2]. The team decides to leave the device, since contamination would expedite the phenomenon further. The device, after an automatic system shutdown, was observed to be fully assimilated and converted to a CLASS-A instance [4] five hours after abandonment by the team.
Several variable instances of the devices were conceived and created shortly thereafter the incident, as documented in the following list:
Shortly after arriving to base, the team was reprimanded for neglectful placement of research items, as stated by Section 5.2 of research conduct.
STATUS: ACTIVE CONTAMINATION
There are no possible methods to decontaminate such CLASS-A instance of the DEV. NULLIFIER SYSTEM in universe 1665-331. It may spread towards other universes in the super-cluster as primary universe information, but it is negligible. Please note that as the development of the nullifier continues, more incidents may follow as human bias increases, CORRESPOND ACCORDINGLY.
[1] UNIVERSE-ASSIMILATION PHENOMENON
The universe-assimilation phenomenon refers to subjects and/or items originating from our universe with attributes that are primarily from origin, which are superimposed by attributes of the host universe, where the eventual replacement of said attributes are accomplished after 24 hours.
[2] FOREIGN INFORMATION EFFECT
The foreign information effect refers to two untainted subjects from different universes where either person who attempts to pass on information irreversibly harms the other in their respective senses. For example, speech literally making the other deaf.
